Join Us as a Trustee and Help Make a Difference in Middlewich

We are currently looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Board of Trustees. We have three exciting trustee roles available, offering a unique opportunity to make a real impact in our local community.

As a small foodbank with one paid employee and around 25 dedicated volunteers, we provide vital support to over 2,000 people each year. Our trustees play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the foodbank, guiding its strategic direction, and making sure we continue to meet the needs of those who rely on us.

We are currently seeking volunteers for the following trustee roles:

✅ Safeguarding Lead Trustee – Overseeing safeguarding policies and ensuring the wellbeing of all who engage with the foodbank.

✅ Risk and Assets Lead Trustee – Managing risk assessments and ensuring the charity’s assets are well-maintained and insured.

✅ People Strategy Lead Trustee – Supporting staff and volunteers, shaping people policies, and driving long-term succession planning.

No prior trustee experience is necessary, we provide training and support to help you succeed in the role. Whether you have expertise in safeguarding, risk management, HR, or simply a passion for helping your local community, we’d love to hear from you.
